Acute and Sub-Acute Rehabilitation

Medical Rehabilitation is an advanced short-stay program designed for patients that are on the go. Sub-Acute Rehabilitation is provided at Oakland Nursing Center, a skilled nursing facility, conveniently located on the 3rd floor of Oakland Regional Hospital.

All levels of rehabilitation are designed to meet the needs of our patients by utilizing an interdisciplinary team approach. Common conditions requiring rehabilitation can include:

  • Joint Replacements
  • Fractures
  • Amputation (s)
  • Multiple Trauma
  • Severe or Advanced Osteoarthritis
  • Stroke
  • Neurological Disorders
  • Cardiac and Respiratory Rehabilitation
