Dr. Avery Arora is an experienced and committed hand surgeon, providing his patients with the very best care for medical and surgical problems related to the hand, wrist, forearm and elbow. "As long as I can remember, I have always wanted to be a physician," stated Dr. Arora. He has been practicing medicine since 2005.
He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Arora practices a patient-centered approach to his work, and, compassionately educates his patients through the process of diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation, and post-treatment maintenance.
As part of Michigan Surgery Specialists, P.C., he provides all his patients access to a full range of specialists, including general orthopaedic surgeons, pain specialists, anesthesiologists, radiologists, physical medicine and rehabilitation specialists. Additionally, he provides on-call coverage for emergencies.
Dr. Arora maintains membership in a number of professional organizations, including the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, the American Association of Hand Surgery, the Arthroscopy Association of North America, and the American Board of Surgery.
